Diabetes Physical Activity Group

Straddie Steppers Walking Group meets Mondays and Tuesdays at 9:00am. Yulu-Burri-Ba provides transport for clients who access this program.

Regular physical activity helps prevent and control diabetes, reduces your risk of heart disease and stroke and also helps to manage weight, blood pressure and cholesterol levels.

It also helps you feel stronger, more energetic and happier, as well as improving your overall quality and enjoyment of life. Join us twice a week and enjoy the benefits of regular physical activity. Our group caters for all levels of fitness as we enjoy the social support that keeps us all motivated.
