In-Home Family Mentor


To perform this role it is essential that the person who holds the position be an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person. It is therefore a genuine occupational requirement under section 25 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 that applicants are Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people.


Yulu-Burri-Ba Aboriginal Corporation for Community Health provides safe, confidential and culturally appropriate primary and specialist health care services, in line with community needs, at clinics located at North Stradbroke Island, Wynnum and Capalaba.


Yulu-Burri-Ba has created new positions to assist in the delivery of Family Wellbeing Services to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community within the North Stradbroke Island and Bayside catchment area.
